Firefest is an annual fun, family event, hosted by the Houston Fire Museum, and is one of the fund-raising events of the Fire Museum. We help raise awareness among children and their parents about fire and life safety - while having a lot of fun!

Come enjoy a wide variety of family-friendly food and beverages at the festival! Parents will be able to relax at the Wine Garden while children play in the Kids' Zone. There will also be fire fighter t-shirts and memorabilia for the entire family.

Watch the Houston area's best firefighter cook-off teams compete to win best in Ribs, Chicken, Brisket, Beans, and Dessert! The cook-off is sanctioned by the Texas Gulf Coast BBQ Cookers Association.
